Abstract

The manufacturing capacity of high-end equipment is an important reflection of a countrys comprehensive competitiveness.The design of scheduling decision method based on artificial intelligence for collaborative optimization of high-end equipment manufacturing is of great significance for improving the intelligent manufacturing collaborative efficiency of high-end equipment.The collaborative optimization problem of high-end equipment manufacturing was divided into four problems with different characteristics:inventory coordination,distribution coordination,assembly coordination and maintenance coordination.The research status of these four problems was analyzed.From the perspective of time optimization,cost optimization and energy optimization,the artificial intelligence methods to solve the above four kinds of collaborative optimization problems were summarized.On this basis,the future research direction of artificial intelligence method for collaborative optimization of high-end equipment manufacturing was proposed.
