Abstract

Uncovering the tracks of digital watermarking technology ensures that data authentication, protection and copyright protection are involved in digital media. It is a process for disbarring unwarranted data duplication in the modern world. Digital watermarking can be applied to audio, video, text and images. In order to achieve digital watermarking, a signal ensconces a digital signal message involving an image or a video, in a variety of ways inside the signal itself. In this study, the various facets of digital watermarking, their attributes and applicable areas where water and technology are essential are inspected. Wherever appropriate security is being sent through the internet or other means, it has led to the evolution of a larger market where technologies involving digital media have proliferated. In order that watermarking technology can repulse intruders, certain appropriate metrics for watermarking like strength, copyright protection, and reliability have to be taken into consideration. We present a classification of digital watermarking systems, along with their usage, metric calculation and trespasses.
